Embroidax started in 2020 because our team kept watching embroidery businesses lose hours — and money — to slow turnarounds and uneven digitizing. Shops were getting files with messy stitch paths, thread breaks on the first run, and formats that didn't match what their machines needed.
We built the service we wished those shops already had: fast, accurate, machine-ready delivery on a 24-hour turnaround. Not a file that looks fine on screen and fails on fabric — a file that sews clean the first time.
That's still the standard. Embroiderers shouldn't have to babysit their digitizing vendor. When the file arrives from us, it should be ready to load, stitch, and ship.

Before a single stitch
We break down artwork by size, fabric, and placement — deciding what holds as detail, what simplifies, and which stitch types will actually sew clean on your machine.
Order and travel
Paths are sequenced to minimize jumps, lock starts and ends, and keep registration tight — so the hoop stays stable and the design doesn’t fight itself mid-run.
Foundation for the top stitch
Underlay is set for the fabric and density ahead — stabilizing the ground so fill and satin sit flat, edges stay sharp, and the design doesn’t sink or distort.
Built for real fabric
We adjust stitch density and pull compensation for stretch, weave, and thickness — aiming for coverage without puckering, thread breaks, or a stiff, over-dense sew-out.
Checked before delivery
Every file is reviewed for stitch flow, trims, and format readiness. Issues get fixed before you load the design — not after you’ve already wasted a hoop and an hour.
How We Work Differently
Not another list of “fast and quality” promises — these are the concrete practices that decide how your design behaves on the machine.
Density, underlay, and pull compensation are set for the fabric and placement you specify — not a generic template. Stretch knits, structured caps, and heavy twill each get different numbers so the sew-out matches how the garment actually behaves.
Color order, travel, and lock stitches are planned for the hoop, not just the screen. Fewer unnecessary trims and jumps means cleaner registration and less babysitting at the machine when the run starts.
Files leave named and sized for the format you need — DST, PES, EMB, JEF, and the rest — with stitch counts and dimensions you can trust before you load the design. No guessing which export is “the real one.”
Jobs move analysis → digitize → review → delivery on a timed queue. The file doesn’t ship until stitch flow, trims, and format checks pass — so speed comes from process, not from skipping the last look.
